As the Government considers putting an extra 2p on fuel duty this autumn, the Conservatives have today announced proposals for a ‘Fair Fuel Stabiliser’.

The Conservatives in Northern Ireland today welcomed Shadow Chancellor George Osborne’s package of tax policies designed to promote opportunity, aspiration and fairness in the province.
Mr Osborne announced that a Conservative government will abolish stamp duty for 9 in 10 first time buyers by raising the threshold for first time buyers to £250,000.
